• Failure to attend the live webinar session
• Scheduling conflicts or time zone misunderstandings
• Dissatisfaction with the content or delivery of the training
• Technical difficulties on your end (internet connection, device issues, etc.)
• Change of mind after purchase

Why We Have This Policy

Due to the nature of digital information products and live training events, we cannot verify whether the content has been consumed, applied, or shared.
